Thailand Property Awards 2008 November 3, 2008 – Manor Park Hua Hin was awarded “The Best Condo Development (Hua Hin) Thailand Property Awards 2008” at the lavish gala dinner on Saturday, 1st November 2008 at the Conrad Hotel in Bangkok. Earning this award was no small achievement. The Thailand Property Awards is an awards ceremony based on peer recognition and acknowledgement. To earn the nomination, members of the Thailand real estate industry nominated Manor Park Hua Hin (entrants were not allowed to nominate themselves) who was then judged by a wide selection of industry professionals from around the country. Manor Park Hua Hin was up against some heavy competition, as the category for Best Condominium Development (Hua Hin), gauged by the number of entries, was one of the most popular award categories. The Thailand Property Awards were first held in 2006. Now in their third year, the awards aim to create awareness of and showcase the best in Thailand’s real estate industry.  The awards assist in promoting the high level of quality of Thailands real estate, construction, architectural and interior design as well as industry professional services, and through a professionally run awards system helps put Thailand real estate on the world stages.
