Building A 1 st Floor ( Ground Floor ) Total 8 Apartments : 4 Corner apartments of 139 sq. meters 4 Center apartments of 90.5 sq. meters The 2 bedroom corner 139 sq. meter units all have large balconies with 2 of these facing the swimming pool and the other two facing a secluded garden. The 90.5 sq. meter apartments can come as a 1 or a 2 bedroom apartment. The choice is yours. If you choose a 1 bedroom configuration, you get a sofa cum bed in the living room. These units on the 1 st / Ground Floor are very popular as they all have direct access to gardens leading to the common areas and the swimming pool.

They are massive and come with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living, dining and kitchen area and large balconies that stretch around the building. There are 4 center apartments of 90.5 sq. meters ( 2 facing the swimming pool and 2 facing the pond and the Khao Hin Lek Fai mountain ) on each of these floors.
Building A 4 th and 5 th Floors Total 8 Apartments on each Floor : 4 Corner Apartments of 139 sq. meters 4 Center Apartments of 116 sq. meters The 4 Corner units of 139 sq. meters with balconies stretching around the building making the most of the incredible views of the Hua Hin Skyline and the Khao Hin Lek Fai Mountains to the North and views of the Swimming Pool and the Khao Yoi Mountains with it’s 3 peaks where the new Banyan Golf Gourse is being built to the South. The 4 Center apartments also have superb views as they come with 3 balconies each as well.

The remaining apartments facing West have pool views and looking out straight, the majestic valley and the mountains out towards the horizon bordering Burma.
