Manor Park One is a perfect Holiday Home, a Permanent Residence and a Great Investment. It comes under the Condominium Law and foreigners can own 100% freehold apartments in their names legally as long as they are within the 49% quota. We have also a very secure lease agreement for those that buy after the quota has been taken. This lease agreement secures the buyer fro 90 years and also allows you to sell your apartment at any time without loosing the lease period, thereby ensuring that your apartment never depreciates in value. For those that have a limited budget, we offer the Share Scheme that is unique to Manor Park . Clients can lease a minimum of 8 weeks in an apartment for 90 years and pay only 1/6 th the price. We will find another 5 clients to do the same and will manage the apartment so that all the co-owners get a fair share of the 8 weeks during the different periods of the year ensuring a fair share of not only your period of stay but also the time of the year.
